Our Pastors

Pastors Carlos and Rosalinda Rivera are the Senior Pastors of New Life Outreach Church, a non-denominational, multi-cultural, multi-lingual church in Richmond, VA. With 30+ years of ministry experience, Pastors Carlos and Rosalinda are passionate about raising a generation that will go into our communities, beyond the four walls of the church, to win the lost for Christ.

Along with pastoring, they are authors, conference speakers, and lead as the Executive Directors of New Life For Adults and Youth drug rehabilitation program and clinical center. a 50 year old non-profit organization that has reached hundreds of thousands of men, women, struggling with overpowering, addicting, and life controlling issues.

Pastor Carlos and Rosalinda Rivera have been married for 28 years with 3 children, Alana, Gabriel, Victor, and 1 grand child, Joshua.

Alana, her husband Joey, and their son Joshua live in Richmond, VA. They are on staff at New Life Church and serve as the Worship and Young Adults Leaders. Gabriel and his wife Breanna live in West Palm Beach, FL. Their youngest son Victor is a senior in High School and he is on staff with the church serving in youth ministry as well as a business manager for the drug rehabilitation program.

Their family is now second and third generation in ministry and they exist to make Jesus’ name known.
